Delete your Domus account
You can request that we permanently delete your Domus account and all associated data. This applies across every Domus offering you may have used - Hearth & Altar, Eventide & Altar, Iron, Vessel, Ostium, Young Disciples, Fons Catholic, Hogar y Altar, Ocaso y Altar, Deacon Life, and Parish Prayers.
Already signed in to a Domus app? The faster path is to delete from inside the app: open Settings and tap Delete account. It happens immediately, no email round-trip needed.
What gets deleted
- Your contact record (name, email, account profile)
- Your subscriptions, household membership, and any saved progress
- Your reflections, journal entries, and journey state
- Your push notification tokens and notification preferences
What we keep
- Anonymized payment records required by tax law (no personal identifiers)
- Email server logs older than 30 days are auto-purged; we don't retain them after
How long it takes
We process deletion requests within 5 business days. You'll get a confirmation email once your account has been removed.
