How a group works
Every member reads on their own. Once a week, a guide arrives for when you meet.
Pick your path
Iron & Altar for men, Vessel & Altar for women, or Emmaus Disciples for a fifteen-week journey through Scripture, prayer, and evangelization.
Gather your people
Six is plenty to begin. Iron & Altar and Vessel & Altar carry up to twelve; each Emmaus tier carries the number shown with its price.
Share your group code
Starting a group gives you one code. Give it to everyone — read it out, text it, write it on a card. Each member enters it once, either in the & Altar app or on the web at wearedomus.com/groups, and they are in. The hyphen does not matter.
Meet weekly
Every member gets the day's Scripture and reflection on their own — on the web, by email, or in the app. Each week a discussion guide goes to the group for when you gather. Your group also gets a page of its own, for prayer intentions and notices between meetings.
Seats, answered plainly
Does each member need their own account?
Yes. Everyone reads on their own, so everyone signs in as themselves. Entering your group code is how they get there, and there is nothing else to set up.
What if someone already pays for Domus?
He keeps his own subscription and joins with the same code. He does not take one of your places, and you are not charged twice for him. Share the code with the men who already subscribe as freely as with the ones who do not.
What happens at member thirteen?
The code stops admitting new members once your places are taken, and says so rather than failing quietly. Anyone with their own subscription can still join after that.

Yes, on your group's page, along with how many places are left.
